When we visited The Sandpearl Resort in Clearwarer, FL I was pleasantly surprised to learn it was a green hotel and LEEDS certified.

sometimes Normal insurance does not cover all the emergency expenses that come when any person lives outside of coverage polices , i think green is the way to go
