Weekend Getaway to Sarasota, FL next weekend!

Hubby is going to Sarasota next weekend for the Caravelle Boat Show in Sarasota and I am tagging along for some sun and sand! That means today I am working on my travel notebook so we can make the most of our time there. We are leaving Saturday and returning on Tuesday.
I have Googled for local maps, coupons, dining menus, and attractions. I have printed enough pages this morning to fill a 3" notebook! I have menus for many restaurants that include prices so I am sure before I walk in that I can afford the place. I also found this great site which listed 50 Fun & Free Things to do in Sarasota!
I intend to spend my days on the beach or by the pool with a Stephen King novel or three. I am also planning to take my cooler with a lovely batch of key lime martinis just waiting to to be shaken and poured into a glass. I have no intention of sight-seeing this trip. I've been working some really long weeks and I just want to relax.
I do plan to eat some seafood while I'm there so if you know of any good restaurants please leave a comment! Right now I have to start packing because this is my only day off before we leave. Be sure to check back later for a post on how to pack light for a 3 night trip

Have fun in Sarasota... I live there. Be sure to visit Siesta Key Beach. It has the finest, whitest, sand in the world!
I know the ladies love shopping, so don't leave without visiting St. Armond's Circle.

Nice beach. Florida is one of the places with the best beaches, especially in Miami.
