Hubby was shopping on eBay!
and the pizza stone he purchased won arrived today! Guess what we're having for dinner? LOL!
My favorite pizza has canadian bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, jalapenos and lotsa cheese so here is my creation
Yes, I waited longer for my cheese to get that dark and bubbly and it was well worth the wait! We still have to master getting the crust round tho or not! It was really, really good homemade pizza!
I have learned a pizza stone really does make a difference. The crust is completely done and soft inside with a crunch to the bite. I can add sauce as I like and I like sauce

it really did make a difference - the crust was light and still crispy on the outside and the pizza cooked very evenly. the cook time was reduced cuz we could cook at a higher temp. we will probably buy a bigger one to complement this one.
