Dinner and a Blog
As I was dropping Entrecards before work this morning I came across Diet Me and the post on The Benefits of Seafood! Seafood is low in fat and high in Omega 3 fatty acids and is really good for your heart and your cholesterol levels. Whether you get your fresh, frozen, or from a can you should eat it twice a week.
I chose fresh tuna for dinner tonight

(prior to grilling)
6 tuna steaks, washed and placed in a marinade of wine, garlic, and a splash of soy sauce. Dip the sides into a pepper blend and grill until medium rare. Enjoy!
We had ours with long grain and wild rice and fresh asparagus

Happy Travels!

Thanks for this info! I better check my diet menu and include seafoods on it.

That tuna looks better raw like sashimi. Good choice and healthy cooked or raw.

Those tuna steaks look really good. We just had a new market open that is supposed to have a really good fish department. I hope so, we could sure use it.

Oh my, does that tuna looks scrumptious! I think I could eat tuna like that every day and never get tired of it!
It took me a while to learn that fish doesn't need a lot of seasoning or fussing. Your recipe sounds simple and elegant - sure to let the delicious tuna shine through!
